Evolve to Excellence Part II

Himal Power Limited on September 9, 2016 arranged a management and leadership training for employees working at the Corporate Office. The program named “Evolve to Excellence” is an annual program which was also done for the Khimti Plant site staff on 22nd July 2016. The program is conducted by Kathmandu Frontier Associates P. Ltd. (KFA), a business school of management who is popular in providing leadership and motivational training to the corporate sectors in Nepal. The training was very important on motivating the staffs thus evolving from an average to becoming an excellent company in Nepal.The program was conducted at Gokarna Forest Reserve.
