HPL extends support to landslide victims News | August 26, 2013

Himal Power Limited (HPL) staff, along with shareholder BKK’s staff-club and Khimti staff club extended support to affected families and victims of the landslides at Khimti Beesi and Bhirkot villages of Tamakoshi Valley through natural disaster relief funds in both Dolakha and Ramechhap districts. On top of staff’s contributions, HPL provided rs. 1 million as grant to the same funds for reconstruction and redevelopment support to the affected areas.

HPL had expressed its heartfelt condolences to affected families of the 8 local villagers who were buried under the landslide at Khimti Beesi on 13 August.

HPL management would like to thank all parties for extending their support to the victims and the Khimti staff club for their sincere work in administrating and distributing the support.
