Tima Ayer Utne
Chairperson

Tima is Senior Vice President of Statkraft looking after Southeast Europe and South Asia. She graduated from University of Bristol, United Kingdom and has more than 25 years of extensive international experience from KPMG, SN Power and Statkraft.

Øyno Wenche Lund
Director

Wenche is Vice President in the international business area of Statkraft. She holds a master’s degree in science from NHH Norwegian School of Economics and has more than 25 years of international experience from Statkraft. She was member of the HPL board from 1996 -2006 and again from 2021.

Sanjib Rajbhandari
Director
Sanjib is Owner and CEO of Mercantile. He graduated from University of Mumbai and has more than 25 years’ experience in IT sector.

Sanjib is alternate director of Butwal Power Company Limited.

Rahul Varshney
Director

Rahul Varshney is Country Manager, Statkraft India. He is Electrical Engineer and postgraduate with a management degree.

He has been working with Statkraft for the past 13 years and has been a part of the energy sector for 29 years. Rahul has extensive expertise in a variety of fields, including project management, business development, governmental and regulatory matters, and mergers and acquisitions.
